EAC Common Market Protocal

In order to promote the objectives of the Community, the EAC  Partner  States established  the East African Community Common Market managed  in  accordance  with  the  relevant laws of the Community. This Protocol provides for the free movement of goods, free movement of persons, free movement of labour, right of establishment, right of residence, free movement of services and free movement of capital.  Small scale women farmers can therefore move their products and services in the EAC region.
